NACS Code of Conduct

It is a condition of Membership of the NACS that no person shall be a Member of other Chimney Sweep organisations, establishments or companies that may cause a conflict or threat to the interests of the NACS.  All Members must observe the NACS Code of Conduct and the NACS Code of Practice, and must issue; on the day, one NACS Certificate of Chimney Sweeping (or NACS Warning Notice if defective) for every chimney cleaned.  The NACS Certificate of Chimney Sweeping is copyright and must not be copied, reprinted, or reproduced in any way.  The NACS Certificate of Chimney Sweeping must be issued either as a hard paper copy, or by the NACS approved digital version only.  In all circumstances, the NACS Certificate of Chimney Sweeping or NACS Warning Notice must be issued on the day the work was carried out.
